Customers must notify Orla Voyage within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or labels intact.

3. Refund Timeline:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via Cash on Delivery (COD) adjustment or as otherwise mutually agreed.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Personalized or customized items are also non-returnable, unless defective.

Return shipping costs will be borne by Orla Voyage if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
