1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

  • Customers must notify Orla Voyage within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags or labels intact.

2. Return Process:

  • Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the product (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Timeline:

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via Cash on Delivery (COD) adjustment or as otherwise mutually agreed.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Personalized or customized items are also non-returnable, unless defective.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by Orla Voyage if the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

  • For other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
